What to Expect

For those interested in working within a group environment, this is for you. Once we have 6 participants who have signed up for group sessions, we will begin the group. We will work as a group to discover how trauma is manifesting itself in your life today and will guide you in gaining freedom from it. We will work at your own pace and peer-to-peer. Working in a group will help you identify with others who have had similar experiences and create a safe environment of fellowship and support as you embark on the road to recovery.
